　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:
　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
. n/ G' `9 h6 k8 x% F  y% y1 O　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
- W8 y9 s3 c) V4 Z/ B: |　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
% C( h, F5 h' `" B+ N　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
: M* D8 E. p- g. u" y　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
! u  Y+ q5 S. T3 X; l9 L) M　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
! H9 P: S. `5 L: C5 O0 z　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
　　- 有责任心和事业心，热爱农村儿童发展工作。
