　　Responsibilities:
　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.

　　Requirements:

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
8 f4 \$ O' T  `- c  m; S. G# R　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
+ I' N0 r4 y. E+ Q' }* m. O, d( b　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
# ]/ O3 u; [2 v8 b; F+ t, H　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
' R3 p5 e3 @9 e' f　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
( t( C& f6 w) k; e  \2 j2 z　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
; k9 v8 b) p, ~4 S. y7 V. U　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
3 G( A+ |( g! z8 h7 [$ h6 P3 U/ i1 a) j　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
; g* ?& q* q. U; b2 K　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
