　　Based in the Country Office in Xi'an.

　　Responsibilities:
6 o, \/ Z5 q; N+ X; m' s  J　　主要职责：

　　To provide conceptual, technical and managerial support for the improvement of the ongoing as well as the development of new Plan's child-centred community development water, environment and sanitation program/projects, in co-operation with Plan, local government, communities, families and partner organizations.
" l" }% K0 E- b. t/ Z6 ^　　与国际计划的同事、地方政府、工作的社区、家庭以及各种合作伙伴组织相互合作，为改进国际计划在以儿童为中心的水、环境以及卫生设施方面的项目的执行和开展，提供理论、技术和管理支持。

　　Requirements:
! E) }+ Z& u+ ?8 Y　　要求条件：

　　- University Bachelor Degree preferably in Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering/ Civil Eengineering;
2 |" {# S* n4 H; D/ J6 v, R　　- 大学学士或以上学位，水与环境卫生专业或土木工程专业为佳；
4 n- ~. x" S9 O' k　　- Relevant experience in WES or other related program/projects;
　　- 水与环境卫生项目或其他相关项目的工作经验；
　　- Experienced in communication with different level of government agencies and partner organizations;
　　- 与各级政府的不同部门以及各种合作伙伴组织的沟通经验；
　　- High level of strategy and concept skills;
6 Z# @8 E6 k4 _% v　　- 策略性和概念性思维能力强；
$ z, h/ w3 E( c2 U　　- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
　　- 很强的沟通能力与人际交流能力；
- |0 A: f+ p' g3 l6 l1 R* y　　- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese Languages;
+ w; {5 q, o3 u6 P" M5 d  a　　- 优秀的中英文听说读写能力；
　　- High level computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably some knowledge/experience in using project software packages);
4 Y& L  [" o# m+ Z" c　　- 高水平的电脑技能（尤其是具有使用Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 以及项目软件方面的知识和经验）；
　　- Ability and willingness to travel;
　　- 能够和愿意经常出差；
- \" k' P9 ~& Q' h/ m# h" _: Z- j7 p　　- Dedicated to helping poor children and their families in rural areas.
